Product Summary: XyloSHIELD™ is an anhydrous, 100% bio-based lipid-terpene formulation engineered for deep wood-fiber penetration, moisture resistance, and long-term structural timber termite protection. Manufactured under FIFRA Section 25(b) minimum risk exemption rules.

3. Toll Blending & Packaging Protocols

Blending Protocol: Ambient lipid-terpene fluid blend. Zero water phase required. No heating required during batch compounding.
Cleanout Requirement: Flush bulk tanks with agricultural soybean oil or MSO prior to production. Water wash is strictly prohibited.
Quality Assurance: Specific gravity and refractive index checked per lot prior to drum-off. 2× 250 mL retention samples stored per lot.
Pack-Out Formats: 55-gal drums (primary drum-off) and 275-gal IBC totes for commercial distribution.
